How to reach the Alb-Danube District

By plane:
Stuttgart or Memmingen Airports: each approx. a 45 min drive

By car:
Motorways A 7 Hamburg – Würzburg – Ulm - Kempten and A 8 Stuttgart – Ulm – München run directly through the Alb-Danube District. Destinations within the Alb-Danube region can be reached via the main routes B 10, B 19, B 28, B 30, B 311, B 465 and B 492.

By bus and rail:
If travelling by ICE/IC you will have no difficulty in reaching Ulm main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) via the federal rail link Stuttgart – Ulm - München. From Ulm you can use the regional rail or bus network to reach your destination.
